Connect WIC cardholders must have a user ID and password to log into their account. You can either create a new account or you can change your password at any time. When creating a new login for the first time, you must enter your Zip code (Mailing address), Date of Birth, and Card number and also your new User ID and password. Select the submit button when done. When changing your password, you must enter your Zip code (Mailing address), Date of Birth, and Card number and also enter your new password twice for confirmation. Select the submit button when done. Your User ID must be at least 6 characters long and no more than 12. You can use any combination of letters or numbers in the User ID. Your User ID will not change once selected. The password must: 1. Be at least eight (8) characters long but no more than sixteen (16) characters 2. Contain at least one (1) number 3. Contain at least one (1) upper case letter 4. Contain at least one (1) lower case letter 5. May also contain allowed special characters: ~!@#$%^&*_- +=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/ Please note for security reasons your password will expire every 90 days.
